The Dallas Cowboys signed Brock Berlin to a contract. Berlin, the top high school prospect in the nation coming out of Shreveport Evangel in 2000, will battle Matt Baker for the third string job. Berlin is the second former Evangel player to be offered a second chance in the NFL this offseason. Oakland signed Josh Booty last month.
