Somebody just posted on mississippipolitics.com comments board that Delbert Hosemann, an attorney at Phelps Dunbar and 1998 4th District GOP nominee, is running for Secretary of State. If anyone has information on this, please confirm.

UPDATE (4:27 EST): Delbert Hosemann has qualified to run for Secretary of State, says The Magnolia Report. He joins a GOP primary field that includes former Columbus mayor Jeffrey Rupp and State Representative Mike Lott of Lamar County.
